Ophanim yoga is the Yoga of the Tantra of the Judeo-Christian lineage of religions. Through it’s practice, and the related Tantra and Neo-Tantra practices, one embodies the Torah, New Testament and Kabbalah of those works as the living word. It breaks down the “cargo cult” of the religions, their related sects and worship styles and connects one directly with God. While other forms of Yoga (called Devekut in Hebrew and Aramaic) connect us to God in their styles, this one is unique in that it embodies the word as Yeshua, Moses, Abraham, Isaiah, David and more lived it as it’s result.

Tollite jugum meum super vos, et discite a me, quia mitis sum, et humilis corde: et invenietis requiem animabus vestris. Jugum enim meum suave est, et onus meum leve. – Matthew 11:29-30

Take up my yoke(Yoga) upon you, and learn from me, because I am meek and humble in heart, and ye shall find rest to your souls, for my yoke(Yoga) is sweet and my burden light.- Matthew 11:29-30

What we find, when we practice the Asana, pranayama and mantra of the Judeo-Christian practices, is an ancient form of universal worship that has found different names all across creation. We then can tap into the direct experience of God as those Guru’s, Saints and Sages that went before us that embodied God ultimately reaching oneness with God and God’s creation in all things.

The teaching of this style of Yoga is easy, the initial pranayama simple and the mantra easy. When done regularly the energy, emotions, sensations and miracles in our life wash away the diseases of our lives and bring us to a joyful life of bounty. The further development of the Tantra, in Neo and Classical ways brings us to the heights of ecstasy while the holy spirit (called kundalini in other parts of the world or Ruach in Hebrew and Aramaic, Yeshua’s language) aligns with us in the deepest intimacy one can experience. The real magic starting when the process begins and we experience the angels in our life as real life aspects of God that we interact with and that carry us up to the top of the mountain.

The overall practice can be learned in one of my classes online or in person here in Chicago or picked up here.

For those interested in the related literature the following is the required reading that aligns with this practice. Keep in mind all works of God align but that these are of this lineage of the history which bring the most illumination for what is being embodied through this practice. It also helps to read these works so you have the proper lexicon from this part of the world vs. other parts of the world as it can be a bit confusing until the works are read and the yoga starts helping you connect with your higher level teachers in your practice.

Litterature

  1. Sefer Yetzirah – This book is first as it gives a huge amount of information of the language, or psycholinguistics, of the world of Yeshua and Abraham. Without reading this book, one is unable to understand what Yeshua was speaking to as AHYH (I AM) and planely as well as how he was conveying it. A must read for every Judeo-Christian.
  2. New Testament – I recommend you read this book before the Torah, as it gives you the lens of the Sefer Yetzirah and the practice embodied as Yeshua living as AHYH (I AM) as well as speaking plainly. Focus on the direct testimonials of the apostles first, as they speak more to those who were striving to become AHYH (I AM – Or one with God). Yeshua being at the last supper with the 12 versions of himself embodied as other versions of himself were there for what was to happen next being an important lesson for humanity as The All, embodied or not, is eternal and it is only that which has life as atoms and molecules that can be ended in such a way.
  3. The Book of Thomas – I include this work as it helps build the yoke of Yeshua and of Haskalah (enlightenment – used by Jews to denote people like Yeshua and similar in their history as seen in Kabbalah). Knowing that God is the writing, the paper, the way it is transmitted and even the time and space by which the book and the reader exists helps open it up to where it needs to be for one to become Haskalah or messiah on their path.
  4. The Torah or Tanakh – I recommend you pick up the Stone edition, with both hebrew and english. The two languages are key as both languages are of God but they have different results when gazed upon. As your practice develops you will see how the depth of the hebrew is set, where as in english one must impute it much like we do an algebra as it is not taught as a multivalent language that is constant but instead as a variable. As an english speaker, after you read a section in english, be sure you look at all the letters of the Hebrew / Aramaic of the Torah.
  5. Zohar (Pritzker Edition) – It Is recommended that you pick this up with the Torah and read them together but you can read it after your first reading of the Torah. The reason being is that it explains the mindset and yogic and tantric tools of Kabbalah that are required to read the Torah with its intention of being read as I Am or AHYH so it can properly be judged all the way through. The reading of the work itself, especially the first volume, opens up energy pathways, understandings and mental practices that one cannot reach without it unless they deeply meditate on the same things those who went before meditated upon and shared.
  6. Bahir – This work is a classic of this style of Yoga. By the time you have perfected your practice and finished reading the previous works this one will be a treat.
  7. Franz Bardon’s Initiation into Hermetics – This book, while more of a meta overview of all religions and how to better let go following focusing in a single one, is not in the lineage per se but is an excellent read. It will help you let go of any vissages of being stuck to a linear progression from history and tie more tightly into God directly. One could read this book first and include it’s meditation with the asana if they want to supercharge their path. I have placed this hear as it’s a book I teach from that more fully grasps God and helps one see how many errors were made by the people in this lineage and helps correct them within oneself. *Read this with the SY while doing the asana if you want better results*

In addition to the Yoga there are other practices that help (see Initiation Into Hermetics) as well as related practices God has shared as I Am throughout the world which align with this understanding and embodiment practice of becoming one with All that God is as well as Gods creation.

These practices are universal yogas but described from different parts of the world and using different linguistics from the region to convey similar ways to experience the depth of God than what we experience without practice. I will elucidate these in latter lessons but for now you can look to AYP Yoga, Tantra and Kundalini practices. Kundalini being the word for holy spirit or Ruach in this tradition – which instead of breath or as a dove is seen as a female force or as a feminine fire called Tumo. This energy being what we see as an aura or halo in those who practice.

One point to remember is that often people get lost in the cargo cult of their ego or of their egocentric aspect of religions works written by men. Especially men who were imperfect just as current people are. The miracles we experience as those who practice are no different than what they experienced and they lived no different than us who practice. So keep your sites on God and let everything else of less than God fall to where man is called to be love. In addition, within these works one must always correct for any gentrification of God, as God is All. We do this by ensuring we read God as feminine, masculine, Hermaphrodite as both, neither and also the ranges of sexes we see in nature as these all are reflections of God. Don’t forget that you must do the same for those aspects of yourself that are the same as God in such respects.

If you start your practice today, and get your asana, pranayama and mantra developed, in a year you can be through all these works (except the Zohar) and complete the transformation of old through this lineage of becoming union with God. When done in groups, this is even faster. Oh, and do not look to others as having the right interpretation, the relationship you have and your own understanding is the bond you have with God.

If you would like a class or a one one one training, please feel free to reach out any time. I offer in person classes in Chicago and online classes and one on ones as well.

*Bonus mantra for those who made it this far*

This mantra is an extremely powerful one that will help you through this path. While one is still invited to do the permutations of the Sefer Yetzirah, Hesychasm and specific practices that one’s guides call them to. It is this one that provides a deep focus on becoming AHYH embodied and more. Blessings on your journey
