Christhood: The Way of Christ

Christhood is the Way of Christ. The path each and every one of us takes to heaven. Within these pages you will find a set of tools that take your healthy love of God to a level you never even knew existed. You will find the union of the True Church of God and how it relates to the lineage of Jesus, Mary, Moses, Abraham, the apostles and the rest set before us. Many of these exercises were hidden or abused out of society due to their results, or taken underground. Their power is second to none when it comes to developing your own Christhood. Know that if you begin these exercises, you will begin to develop, life will give you the challenges you crave and you will overcome them with more ease as you find your center with Christ.

In here you will find the tool sets of Christ that have allowed us to embody the word since they were first shared as language. It is recommended that you have read the original Torah after reading the Sefer Yetzirah and then the New Testament (as well as perused the Vetus Latina and Vulgate to remove as much translational bias over the centuries as possible) or do these exercises while reading the works of Christendom. You do not need to be able to speak Hebrew/Aramaic, the language of Christ, at all but we do recommend you learn the Aleph Bet that Christ used. God’s language transcends all language and is embodied in all language but the root language of Christ historically is Hebrew/Aramaic and is the basis of the physical aspects of the practice we call Ophanim Yoga.

We warm up our practices with the Ruach/Aleph practices. It develops our connection with God. The practice starts our embodiment of God, The All, (Ein) before Bet (The beginning of beginnings also known as the house, home, universe, womb), the moment the creationary quality of God, Elohim, created Now, as the Heavens and Earth (vibration of pure and that which receives it — which made God’s masculine and feminine as one instantaneously), this primordial connection bore itself into our spirit, Ruach, and our breath and what we breath, Aleph, to embody such within us as the Holy Spirit, Ruach H’Kodesha. When practiced, along with the other exercises here, we become alive, embracing our Christhood, thus bringing oneness with Jesus, Mary, Moses, Abraham, the Patriarchs and Matriarchs, Israel and All of God. Do your practice before Church, Synagogue or Temple and you will receive higher rewards within the service. Over time, these practices will help you see through the errors of mankind and into the divinity you are born to receive beyond what anyone could give you in any way, shape or form as it comes directly within and through God.

Ophanim Yoga is a system of sacred physical postures and inner exercises rooted in the Hebrew alphabet and the Judeo-Christian mystical tradition. Sometimes called a “Prayer of the Body,” it works with breath, body awareness, and mental vocalization to unify soul, mind, and body through the shapes of the 27 Hebrew letters and their final forms. The goal being to unify the body with the word of God as oneness (“Oneness is YHVH and YHVH is Oneness”).

This site is a home for the practical guide originally compiled by Zvi Zavidowsky of the Nefesh Haya School in Jerusalem — presented here so the practice can be learned, referenced, and shared more easily.
