Tzadi Sofit — Final Letter (Upside-down Letter)
Attributes
The Final Tzadi is the third of the five “strengths” and is connected to the attribute of Yesod-Foundation, as it is extending to unite with the feminine attribute of Malchut.
How to do the letter
To do the Final Tzadi, do a handstand with the arms apart as illustrated. In that position, do the inner exercise 3-5 times.
Use a wall for support if necessary. A partner can also assist in doing this pose.
Notice: This is a posture for advanced students and must be done carefully and under proper guidance or assistance.
