Tet — Monthly Letter, Av (Sitting Letter)

Tet in Hebrew mysticism denotes the spirit of purity and goodness. It is pronounced “T”.
It is connected with the second month of summer, the month of Av, and its sign is Leo. It is the second level of Fire.
How to do the letter
To do the Tet, one lies flat on the back on the floor. Extend your arms alongside the torso with the palms flat on the floor. Keep the palms on the floor, while lifting the thighs so that they are perpendicular to the ground, with your shins bent 90° at the knees and parallel to the floor. The toes should point upward. Touch your chin to your chest and attempt to bring your forehead toward the knees. Find a level of abdominal tension that you can maintain then go into the inner exercise for 3-5 or more breaths.
