Khaf Sofit — Final Letter (Lying-down Letter)

Attributes

The Final Khaf is the last of the five “strengths” and the seal of the 27 sacred forms called Ophanim. Mystically, the Final Khaf represents the first attribute, Keter, the Crown of Supernal Will, extending down to connect the end of creation with its very beginning, showing that everything eventually reunites with its root in the Will of God.

How to do the letter

To do the Final Khaf, lie down on your back with your arms along your body, your palms touching the ground. Then, gently lift your legs, joined together, to an upright 90° angle to the torso, as illustrated. The bottoms of your feet should be parallel to the ceiling. In that position, do the inner exercise 3-5 times.
